• Square Timber log house
• Bats under porch – approximately 5 bats (evidenced by urine stains on logs)
  
• Bats in soffits and attic – approximately 100 bats

Bat steps taken

Porch

• Bat house placed in the vicinity of where bats will be evicted (picture to come)
• The gap, where porch meets house is sealed with a 1 inch x 1 inch wooden strip, leaving a small gap
  
• A plastic “one way bat valve” is applied
  

Results

• Bats have relocated from porch to bat house

Attic and soffit

• All areas, except for one entrance and one exit, are sealed
  
• A one way valve is placed at exit (picture to come)

Results
